Day-by-day itinerary
Day 01Cochin to Munnar via enjoying waterfalls
Arrival at Cochin International Airport. Meet our representative and proceed towards Munnar. En route, visit: Cheeyappara Waterfalls Valara Waterfalls Spice and tea plantations Scenic viewpoints Reach Munnar and check in at the hotel. Evening free for relaxation or exploring the local market.
Day 02Munnar
Eravikulam National Park, subject to operational status and ticket availability Tea Museum Mattupetty Dam Echo Point Eravikulam National Park is known for its protected Nilgiri tahr habitat, while Kundala and Echo Point are among Munnar’s popular scenic attractions. After breakfast, proceed for a full-day sightseeing tour of Munnar. Day 03Munnar – Alleppey Houseboat
On arrival, board a traditional Kerala houseboat. Lunch, evening tea, dinner and breakfast will be served on the houseboat, according to the selected meal plan. Distance: Approximately 175 km Travel time: 5–6 hours After breakfast, check out and drive to Alleppey. Enjoy a leisurely cruise through the backwaters, passing coconut groves, paddy fields and local villages. Alleppey is one of Kerala’s best-known destinations for traditional houseboat cruises.
Day 04Kovalam Beach
Lighthouse Beach is known for its distinctive red-and-white lighthouse and coastal views. Distance: Approximately 160 km Travel time: 4–5 hours After breakfast, check out from the houseboat and proceed towards Kovalam. On arrival, check in at the beach resort or hotel. The remaining day is free to relax at the beach. In the evening, visit: Lighthouse Beach Hawa Beach Kovalam beachfront market
Day 05Explore Trivandrum
Please note that only Hindus are permitted inside Sree Padmanabhaswamy Temple, and a strict traditional dress code applies. Temple timings may change during festivals and special occasions. After breakfast, proceed for Trivandrum city sightseeing. Sree Padmanabhaswamy Temple Napier Museum Sri Chitra Art Gallery Kanakakunnu Palace Shanghumugham Beach Local shopping areas Return to Kovalam in the evening.
Day 06Kovalam – Trivandrum Departure
Depending upon the flight timing, enjoy some leisure time at the beach or visit a nearby local market. Later, transfer to Trivandrum International Airport for the onward journey. Distance: Approximately 15–20 km Travel time: 30–45 minutes After breakfast, check out from the hotel.
